The practice starts on the consulting side. Our consultants scope and demonstrate systems for manufacturing and services companies, and they sit in the room when a board asks what the thing is actually going to do. That is where the habit of writing down what a system will not do comes from, and it is the reason the pages on this site read the way they do.
Since 2022 the work has been Odoo, and it has been full-cycle rather than advisory: the modules, the migrations off spreadsheets and legacy systems, the reports an auditor will accept, and the servers underneath. Deployment, backups, hardening and monitoring are part of the same job, because a system nobody watches is a system that quietly stops.
Our engineers write the Odoo modules and the mobile and web front ends. Our DevOps side runs the servers, the pipelines and the backups. Our support side answers when filing stops. Machine learning is used where it earns its place, on extraction, classification and matching inside a workflow that a person still reviews, never as a headline.
